In response to site constraints and challenging orientation, innovative design solutions facilitate the ingress of natural light. An internal light court diffuses sunlight into the heart of the home, providing an opportunity to incorporate nature via a small garden feature.
Employing sustainable plantation timber, coupled with double-glazed windows and a darker colour palette, ensures optimal thermal efficiency of the building envelope.
